More News From The Lingerie Football League

Earlier this month we discussed the coming back of the Lingerie Football League. For those that are still a little fuzz on the rules, here are a few more details.

There are a total of four games scheduled to start December 4 against the Chicago Bliss. All games are played on an Arena Football League field with seven players on offense and defense. Fortunately for the women and their lack of uniform, there is no punting or field goals. The offense is given four downs to gain seven yards before loosing possession.

We know that these girls are serious, but we can’t help laughing at this concept. No doubt, they could knock us down easy, although it’s hard to guess if Lacy Shea at 5’6’’ and 110 lbs is packing enough muscle to push us down. Unless of course these stats are a fake and her muscles are actually strong enough to out-weigh ours.

The Lingerie Football League Is Back

We're not exactly sure how we feel about this one, but the Lingerie Football League (LFL) is starting back up with training camps throughout July in the major arenas and stadiums around the Nation.

LFL training camp pulls the world's most athletic and beautiful women models in one place as they as they compete and train for a spot on the 2009 and 2010 LFL team rosters. Those that make it on the roster will be a part of a 20 week reality sports process which includes 7 on 7 tackle football on Friday nights around the world.

No matter how you feel about the LFL, it’s no surprise that the league has picked up a phenomenal number of fans and support including high definition TV sponsors and some of the most appealing tailgate activities in the world such as Beer Gardens and football challenges.
